New Standard Connectivity Technology
A vehicle that is available with a smartphone-compatible infotainment system isn’t terribly ground-breaking news, even among Honda models. However, the 2020 Honda Ridgeline is among the automaker’s first vehicles to make access to Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ available on all of its trim grades. Previous versions of the Ridgeline have required owners to move beyond the base trim to be able to use these popular applications.
That also means that all four trims of the 2020 Ridgeline have an 8-inch touchscreen interface that will control integration with smartphones as well as SMS text messaging functionality and access to HondaLink®.
